Well bugger.
I've not changed how I eat this week except, I upped my cardio at the gym. Today I also had my protein for breakfast - scrambled eggs with capsicum and onion.
I think this is why my weight was slightly higher 
On the flip side I've managed to get my waist measurement down to 89.9  , which I think the two balance them selves out.
