TF Week 4 Weigh In....

Well bugger.
I've not changed how I eat this week except, I upped my cardio at the gym. Today I also had my protein for breakfast - scrambled eggs with capsicum and onion.
I think this is why my weight was slightly higher
On the flip side I've managed to get my waist measurement down to 89.9, which I think the two balance them selves out.

Well done!
I've found this to be really easy to do so I'm not struggling with being hungry or being restricked from many foods.
