Well bugger.
I've not changed how I eat this week except, I upped my cardio at the gym. Today I also had my protein for breakfast - scrambled eggs with capsicum and onion.
I think this is why my weight was slightly higher
On the flip side I've managed to get my waist measurement down to 89.9, which I think the two balance them selves out.

I thought that I wasn't going to loss much weight this week but, I've managed to loose two kg . I am so happy.
I had to go through my clothes this week as nothing fit . Today I did some op shopping and managed to get 3 nice tops and a nightie for twenty dollars.
