This post is from from my other blog here good for you! it always amazes me how customer service reps are stunned if you actually stand up to them. my dad has a policy--he never gets upset, he just keeps asking for their supervisor. someone has to have the capability to help him, so he just keeps climbing the ladder. calmly. lol
hope everything sorts itself out. |

This post is from from my other blog here Absolutely not! There are times that call for you to get loud and this was one of them. How can they charge you for something if you don't have an account there anymore. Sheesh! |

This post is from from my other blog here NO. You weren't abusive or vulgar, and having worked CS for a number of years, I can say that that puts you above far too many people who call in with problems. They *weren't* doing their job, and it was their responsibility to fix it. Falling short of your own standards of compassion is a completely understandable response to their screw-ups, plus I doubt that you were even the most troubling client of her morning.
The most insidious problem with bureaucracies is that they're all too often set up so that the system is always right, and if the system doesn't ...

This post is from from my other blog here Do NOT feel bad. If I were faced with the issue, I would have utterly lost it. They obviously weren't thinking about customer service were they? The fact that the pseudomanager got an earful from you may benefit others in that she may "speak" to the rest of the branch to make sure to follow through on tasks to completion. |

This post is from from my other blog here As far as I can tell, both candidates and their running mates are Americans and want what is best for their country.
The question for me is which one is most likely to be able to actually DO what is best for their country.
By this point, if we haven't put candidates up there who in general want to do what is best for the country, then we are in bigger trouble than we think, and our system for choosing candidates is not working. |

This post is from from my other blog here Only two weeks until Halloween. If you’re too busy to hit the mall or haven’t found what your looking for, check out the Halloween costumes at the Halloween Party Store.
I received a Yellow Power Ranger costume courtesy of the store's owners and the Family Review Network. It arrived today and Lucie was thrilled. First of all, it’s an authentic Power Ranger costume – not a knock off. The sizing was perfect, too. Best of all when we went to Target and Wal-Mart to get Nathan’s costume, I couldn’t find any girl Power Ranger costumes. It’s was a little more ...

This post is from from my other blog here My kids haven’t worn diapers for years , but one brand I was very loyal to when they were babies and toddlers was Huggies. Don’t know what I would have done without their diapers and wipes, the Pull-Ups and the Little Swimmers, and their bath products. The products were of excellent quality and they were affordable.
When I heard that Huggies is celebrating their 30th anniversary by honoring today’s mom just as she is with a new campaign, I almost wished I had little kids in diapers again. (Well, maybe not, though after cleaning the bathrooms around here, it really ...
