I am SO SO glad to hear that CD found a job that he loves.

From everything I've heard of C-wide lately it doesn't really surprise me that they were complete a-holes to CD when he left. Still, they should've had the decency to exit the man.

I beleive Countrywide just merged with Bank of America. Those big banks are dirty and i'm not surprised that they didn't say anythiing to him.
HR might have advised the managers to not get involved. I worked for a large back and they were STONE cold. I had good benefits though.
