I can't start the day without a cuppa either. In fact I can't make it through the day without 6-8 cups of tea.

I found a great organic tea with naturally lower caffeine. The flavour is just as good as regular tea but it's something like 97% caffeine free so it means you don't have to miss out on tea while you're pregnant or breast feeding.

It's called Nature's Cuppa and is available in Ceylon, English Breakfast, Earl Grey and Green Tea.

Sorry it's been so long to reply!  I only just noticed there were comments here

Is Nature's Cuppa expensive?  I'll keep a look out for it next time I'm at the supermarket :)
