Hens Night

Comment Published at 02:3902:395 comments5 comments39 Visits39 VisitsReport

hello everyone! Its been ages as I have just been so busy but I just have to tell you about my hens night last night! It was so fantastic!

To start off my friend Lisa and I met at Megans to get ready and have a few drinks, AND our friend Kate, (friend from school) came back from ENGLAND in time for it! So she came and got ready with us as well which is absolutely miraculous! I cant believe she is here, she is here for 3 weeks for my hens night, my wedding adn then another friends wedding then jetting back home again. anyways.............

We were all going to a restaurant called Garuva in the valley for dinner but meeting first in the cocktail bar. So we are in this funky funky place where there are massive pillows all over the floor to sit on around little tables to drink cocktails, oh they were so yum and the atmosphere was so fantastic! 10 of my friends and collegues came out so we all had some cocktails and then had tea there which is again on pillows on the floor which a thai style menu. FANTASTIC food! Great company, I was so very very happy, and drunk too which just added to the fun!

Then after tea we lost some of the older ladies from work who think they are too old to go out clubbing and we met Sarah who didnt make it for dinner at her favourite bar the Mustang for drinks and dancing where I danced the night away and had my first yaga-bomb (spelling?) and shots and had seriously THE best night I have ever had out.

And as a massive bonus, when Kate, Megan & I got home to Megans we sat around drinking water eating chips so after a nice long sleep in I woke up feeling fine. No hangover, I am so surprised as I dont drink basically at all so I was rather expecting to be vomiting all day.

P.S

Caitlin was babysat by her grandad and Nanny (Dans parents) at her godmothers place which is near ours as the boys stayed at our place for the bucks night, and was a very good girl. It was her first night away from us and she was good. i am so proud of her!!!!

I'm so jealous, I was 8 months pregnant with Liam when we got married so I couldnt have a hen's night! That sounded like a great night, great food, great friends and of course, great drinks!
