Psychic was amazing! got me spot on- was a bit awful when she brought up what iv been going through the past few months, mum's in shock! the psychic actually said the word without any hesitation- who does that !?!

have also started up my bucket list again- i lost all my info off my computer grrr! my memory is awful haha its a bit scary when iv only got 31 weekends till il (hopefully) have a new life growing inside me =)

There is a uni open day on the 29th Mik is going to go with me :), i can do open foundation which opens in Nov and takes a year part time, or send off the cert 3/4 i did at tafe and see if i can get in on that. id like to do social science/social welfare then in the last year i can also do psychology. sounds like good fun!

i filled in my tax return and il call up tomorrow to put it thru, floors are done just need to do the lounge room and put a two/three more coates on in each room. looks great im very happy with it. 

Made more money than expected on Ebay, im suprised someone wants my junk! sorting thru the rest of my junk to put on Ebay this week to see how that goes :) im just happy to get rid of it all and make some room for when i put everything back in its place

Ryan my travel consultant is away till end of Aug, il pick up a 2010 contiki brochure but il wait till he gets back because its a pain in the a-s-s to explain it to someone else. lol

so im getting things done finally!

Still haven't been to the uni, hoping to get there soon! Mik and i are taking Cleo to Nanna's for her first professional clip- not Mik chasing her round the house for 3hrs...rolf! and getting fur E-V-E-R-Y where!

Been crunching the figures and writing lists, as i love to do =) and have a new part to my plan, still want the block of land but the money isnt looking good so first, when i was looking at this house another house around the corner had also caught my eye but no one had ever called me back, six months later looking at realestate.com.au- guess which house was still for sale!!! =) i called up the real estate just to check if it was a mistake and they had not forgotten to take down the ad, this poor lady was sooo excited someone was interested in the place and wanted to book me in for a viewing today- i had called on friday! so i may be in with a chance to knock the price down a bit, and its already been rented out for $262 a week thats without seeing the inside so there may be a chance for improvements and more rental income in the future.

trying out a few brokers to see who can do the best for what, its become alot harder in the last few months tho =(

so il try to do this place up and get it valued next week and try my luck!

 

i have holidays from friday 6.01pm =) 2 weeks to do nothing! Woo hoo! im going to TRY and start fixing up this place. id love to get it ready to be valued in 3 months so i can use the equity to buy some land to build our dream house.

Also in my holidays im going to go to the uni to see about doing psychology and maybe social welfare, iv always wanted to do it just never gone and did it. so il see what happens, talk about serendipity last week the nurse was talking about how we should have a pyschologist working in the surgery woo hoo! but really im not sure i want to do this as a job i just want to do it for myself i think it will help me work through some things im going through at the moment

Im going to have a sook about a few bad habits Mick has:

1) Mick hogging the bed! Usually i have to compete with the dog and Mick, Mick has half the bed, the dog has the quarter where my feet are supposed to go and poor me gets a quarter curled up in the fetal position or squishing my legs through, under or over the dog to stretch out! So the dog decided to sleep out on the patio last night because its getting hotter YAY me thinks i get half the bed tonight!....

Mick falls asleep and decides to lay diagonally! ARRGH! here i am trying to poke him in the calf with my foot to try and move his massive leg thats twice the size of one of my legs- yes it didnt make one iotta of a difference! Then we had a mumbled conversation Mick was asleep but decided to start talking couldn't really make much out, there was a few "love you" in there awww! so i started to mumble back at him and we had a lovely conversation at 2am in the morning hehe I  Mick- even tho he hogs the bed!

2) Ever since he's moved back in to the family home and has the tv and his pc in his room, he's gotten into this bad habit of leaving them on and falling asleep! And as soon as i move towards them to turn them off he's up telling me he's going to use them!!! He has some kind of freak rader in his head and it drives me NUTS, i try to get to sleep but the energy waves or whatever comes out of the electronic stuff keeps me up and i have a awful nights sleep and im the walking dead the next morning

3) Since moving back to family home, with the kitchen right round the corner from his bedroom he's developed another bad habit- waking up at odd hours half awake to find food to eat, it would be fine if he kept it to himself but he decides its caring to start shoving food into my mouth at crazy hours of the night and morning, and when i get woken up i say crazy things! His mum made cake with orange frosting one time he decided to get some for us, he's standing by myside of the bed asked if i wanted cake i startled out of my sleep and told him "i didnt want lobster, Why is there lobsters in your wardrobe??"

For some reason i saw the light reflecting off the orange frosting thought it looked like a shell so it must have been lobsters??? His wardrobe door was open and he was standing infront of it so i thought there must be more in there HAHA

Iv said other crazy things but i try to forget them!!

Just a bit of fun last night googled "increase your chances of having a girl" and i found some handy hints wether they work or not im sceptical but there's no harm in trying?

there's something called douching- where you wash out the vagina with some sort of mix but it doesnt sound right for me- eww i just want a bit of fun not a lot of work and im definantly not shoving things "up there!" appart from what its designed for...

have intercourse 3 days before ovulation: so this one's a bit confusing, i think its a win-win if we just as they saying goes "go for it like rabbits" haha!! It seems that the 3 day one is winning out though as it looks like the male sperm are quicker but they exhaust themselves out and die, while the female sperm are slower but live longer- just goes to show female work smarter not harder!! 

Need to have an acidic environment for female sperm to survive but only stay on acid diet for three months and consult doctor beforehand

get PHstrips from chemist to test "the environment" haha it sounds like im a science experiment!
should eat foods high in calcium and magnesium, dairy foods and vegetables. Some foods suggested are yoghurt, milk, eggs, nuts, brown rice, wholemeal bread, spinach, fish and tofu.

chocolate dessert: Im not complaining about this one!! Woo hoo!

Minimise intake of sodium and potassium. Eg. salty foods, tea, coffee, wine, fish fingers, cheese, oranges, and peaches.
  
initiate surprise sex in afternoon- haha im going to jump Mick when he leasts expecets it...time for sneaky Mel!!! And he is sooo easy to get in the mood i know just what buttons to push to get what i want!
