Well, I am 27 yrs old, a wife and mother before anything else. I love being a mom, there 's nothing more rewarding (or entertaining).When you have kids every day is unique. My husband and I have been together for 12 yrs now and we have 3 very energetic children. So we are very busy people, as many of you can probably relate. We have recently moved from Michigan to Indiana,so there have been a lot of changes for us lately. Althought we've had our stressful times since the move,we are very happy here. Our kids are 8, 4 and 3 mths old, the oldest Jacob is into basketball and loving every minute of it. Emily goes to preschool and hopes to start dance classes soon. Then there's baby Katelyn, she is jabbering non-stop and trying to sit up by herself already. They never seem to give us enough time to prepare for these things. We love just spending time together as a family and anything we can find to do outside is fine by us. My husband works full time and I stay home with the kids (and the dog). She's new to our family, her name is Brooklyn and she's a golden retriever, now 9 wks old. We will all enjoy having her as part of the family. |

I'm new to Minti and I can't wait to get started. I've been looking for a place that I can connect with friends and meet new people. I'm a very family oriented person and I wanted a place that I can share that part of me, I believe I've found it. As a mother of 3, I know the joys (and the stresses) of being a parent and what parent can't use a little advice from time to time. I look forward to sharing my experiences with all of you. I think it's a great idea to have a site where parents can give advice and share about thier own adventures in parenting. I don't know about you, but everyday is an adventure in my house. I hope to learn alot from everybody!!! |
