I think it's because you're not on MonkeyDad's friend list.   The photo is marked private.

Well.. I think it' working too well. I thought people on the friends list can see a "private photo" but even I can't see it and I'm on his friend list.

well that's weird. After I entered the comment above about not being able to see the photo.. now I can.
