Lately Ive been trying to reward the boys for their good behaviour rather than focus on what theyre doing wrong, to see what effect it has.

This morning we were running late for school so I asked Nathen to put his shoes and socks on by himself so I could get Jaryd ready. Well he did that, and then took himself off to find his hat without being asked. I was pleasantly surprised!

So to reward him I let him pick a lolly to take with him to school.

When he got to school he totally blew me away. On the way there Jaryd chucked a whopper tanty and I just wasnt having it so I made him walk anyway coz we were late. When we got to school Nathen turns around to Jaryd and says 'Jaryd you were such a good boy for walking to school quickly, would you like my lolly?' I was gobsmacked. Lollies are like gold in our house and something they get very rarely. And here Nathen is, rewarding Jaryd with the reward he earned. I am soooo proud of him.

How creepy is this. Theres this swing set in a children's playground that just wont stop swinging. At the start of the video its not doin much, but wait a minute... it sure picks up. Apparently this has been going on for years. It aint the wind, or the other two swings woudl be moving more than they do. Spooky!

Woo hoo! My sister just uploaded some pics of Mark and I when we went out the other night. She was there too coz we went to her local.

Hmm what to write? Lol

Well Ive been extremely busy lately what with working and babysitting for my friend, but it's worth it coz it means my bills are getting paid, theres food on the table, and the kids are happy coz theyve been seeing their best friends.

On the down side, Im extremely exhausted and the house is filthy as a result, but I'm getting there. My friend cooks me dinner most nights, and I use that time to relax and take a breather. Id be lost without that girl.

It also doesnt leave much time for a love life either. But Im pretty lucky that my bf isnt huge on going out either, so most times he just comes over for drinks and a movie and to spend a bit of time playing with the kids. My youngest has started calling him dad, and no matter how many times I tell him that his name is Mark, not dad, he goes 'no, dad!!' little bugger. Its cute tho... Mark has a soft spot for him and he is great with the other two, so we are almost a happy family once again! Im still not ready to have him move in yet as we are trying to take things slow, but life is good in the house of Mony.

Nathen is about to start a new school and is very excited about the change. Im hoping to see his grades pick up now.

Jaryd is still having problems with his sleep apnea.... The doctors are bloody hopeless. Cant wait til he has his surgery to make him sleep better.

Xavier is really growing up. He is talking really well now, and is convinced he is a big kid. Nothing stops him from joining in with the bigger kids! Oh hes cheeky as all hell too. Lol I just looked at him and he shot me a big toothy cheesy grin the lil bugger.

Weve gotten rid of our smaller animals due to my dog not liking them, and we are (hopefully) getting her a puppy to play with tonight. Hes a beautiful little thing, I hope they get along well together!

Well thats about it from me, just wanted to have a blog and get it out of my system lol

Jus wanted to say thanks to whoever it was that went on a voting spree on my stuff. Ive gone up from 9th to 5th in the space of a day. Not that Im counting I swear lol But thanks, mysterious person!
