Well I never!!!!!! What a lovely thing to have had at your wedding, I too love the old medieval tunes on harp, it really brings them alive. Many of the older traditional tunes that are played in the celtic tradition, were written and played on the harp. It has such a heart touching sound, it seems to sing the tune at you.LOL.Thanks for sharing that,LOL.

I hope they inherited the love for music that we have, but any talent is stricktly their own,LOL Ruth has great probs academically speaking, so anything that gives her a boost in other spheres is cool. Caty I think follows big sis in her tastes at the mo, so music is the food of life in this house at the mo, say's she sticking her fingers in her ears.

Oooh the area of Canada I so wish to visit before I die is Nova Scotia, that is my ambition.LOL. The Harp is Ruth's, her ambition is to be a celtic harpist in a band,LOL. I know what you mean about growing up with music around, being a scot, it was part of life, so it was a case of joining in or being left out,LOL. We all play something, and it has rubbed off on the girls. Caty is a lovely little singer, and though only 3yrs is very into the fiddle, she has my tiny one that I had when I was her age.
