I can't read to my daughter

Comment Published at 03:3003:305 comments5 comments82 Visits82 VisitsReport
Natalya and I have the flu and I lost my voice a few days ago. I can't read, sing or even talk to my daughter. Reading books before bed is a silent event. Just as well she likes looking at the pictures and turning the pages.

Oh wow, poor you (I bet your man is loving it though - I know mine loves the silence).  We watch little video clips at bedtime now... Jaydee reads to his toys afterward, and we read during the day instead.  This is one of his favourites...Goodnight Kiwi.

He always says one more, just one more Mumma, then after about 10 times, I want to see it just one more time!  (He also likes watching helicopters at bed time, and we like watching jumbo jets too - however this is sweeter).
