I would feed another womans baby to help her out.  I know it would increase my supply too, and would mean she would also have a better chance of longer feeding.  I also know that for the first 2 months, I over supply, so would be greatful for the relief! lol.

It is sad that we don't see more of it.  I reckon I would even do it for a stranger, especially if she were a first time mum.
