Why is it that real estates attract this kind of person? I've moved a LOT in the past couple of years and I'm still waiting to meet a decent one. The house that I'm in now is up for sale, joy joy, I won't get started but boy I HATE them!

Hope you give her a lovely smile whenever you see her. hehehe

some of these real estate agents are like this especially women. we had listed our holiday home for sale 6 years ago and i personally wasnt keen on selling at the end i couldnt bring myself to sell(the buyer had signed hubby had signed  i held back ) we still have it

but the real estate agent who was selling it for us had his staff  also bring in buyers, and they always left their cards. well my sister had a bad experience from this particular one so when i went down that weekend and saw her card my sister recognized the name.

without ever having met her she had put so much demands on the contract like removal of rubbish and other things , keeping in mind she wasnt the agent i was dealing with directly. i got a call from her claiming that my agent was on holiday and tried to bring down the price subsstancially. my agent knew the leaway on this

you see they work on a commision so they prefer to sell cheap make money and move on to another sale rather than hold out for the price. now LOL this is a holiday home that we own outright and a lot of hard work and blood sweat and tears went into all this. i wasnt going to have someone with attitude come and give me orders with my own property.

mind you hubby and i would never dream of leaving outside rubbish  or any other for that matter we were insulted in her way of doing this and we had never met her!!!

this is the way she treated us when it was our property !!!! so i feel for you i really do.

Talk about GREAT Karma . . . .  We had one of those horrible property mangers years ago too . .  funnily enough she applied for the property that I now have . . . SHE WAS UNSUCCESFUL, seems the landlord thought she was snooty and therefore concluded that she wouldn't make a good tenant  . .  She is now renting the dive down the street, looks quite funny as she drives a BMW and rents a dump . .

I bet yours does remember you and I bet she was shitting herself . . .ROFL . . Congrats on signing your lease  . .

God I love karma, I have had many of those lovely ladies looking after the properties I have rented over the years, they don't ever seem to get one over me either, Im a bit like you, when I'm right I stand my ground and you don't f with me.....  I have one at the moment but unfortunately I found the need to go and have a meeting with her boss and it seems she loves me now lol

 she better not mess with you this time or I'll come down there and give her what for!!!!!!!!!! I am sooooo happy that you have somewhere to move to. No more people going through your home and putting there germs everywhere!!! I'm fairly sure that she remembers you.... you seem to leave a lasting impression wherever you go. Just hope the new place isn't too far from Red Rooster..... that would be so not cool!!!
