How is everyone?? What a weekend, im hoping that the week only gets better. I havent had Myah sleep through the night now for 4 nights. I had her screaming all night last night, she isnt eating and all she wants is a drink of milk. She isnt even eating her yogurts or vegemite on her toast which she loves. Im not getting much into her at all except this morning she had her date porriage and hasnt had anything else but one mouthful of yogurt for lunch. Wouldnt drink water or milk, even put some strawberry flavor in her milk for her and she wasnt interested. No temps as of yet but has the redest cheeks ever, not wanting to give her pipie( dummy ) up for anything and silky silky ( her snuggle rug ) isnt leaving her hands. So looks like teething?????? Im so confused of why she is suffering so much from her teeth. She was getting her eye teeth that looked like they had surfaced and now POOF!! they are gone...she still has her molars,they are well and truely up now but so bare in other spots of her mouth. Has anyone else had so much trouble with teething??? I dont have her in my bed as she seems to love her cot but now she wont go to sleep in her cot and it has taken me nearly 2 hrs to get her alseep for her nap and im so stuffed!! She wont even go to dad for comfort just me, so tiring but i do love her cuddles. Brendan is working 12 hr shift for the next 2 days and has done for the last 2 nights...so hard on ur own

Im worried about her not eating, and not being able to get an appointment with the Dr is so annoying. They say to take her to the hospital if she is gets worse, that will be a 5 hrs wait!!! Anyways, she is finally asleep and i have so much house work to be done. Making the kids catch the bus home which they are not too happy about as its pouring rain ( never rains here ). Ben my eldest's car wouldnt start for him this morning due to a flat battery so i am waiting to hear from him what time i have to pick him up from work, hoping it will be after Myah has a good sleep. I think i have vented enough now for u all to read....ARGHHHHHHH.....going to geta coffee and surf MInti and Ebay.....quietly so Myah stays alseep for as long as she needs..... the house work can wait!!!

she loves the park!! I am finding i cant even drive by a park without her saying YA YA! LOL.....Myah has now learnt yes and no, i dont think she knows when to use each word tho, but im giving her time as im sure she will use no more than yes!! I took a cpl of pics of Myah on a swing and then took video of her throwing one of her lovely tantrums, i couldnt help myself. LOL, going to use it against her one day...LOL

Brendan has been making a trailer so Myah and i have been making time together inside playing , making cubby houses out of her beloved elmo blanket and the couch. She loves sitting in there and reading her books and lays there loving her silky silky ( her snuggle rug that doesnt leave her side). We have so much fun together!!

Well its another day tomorrow and i was planning on taking little girl to a place called rumble tumbles, a indoor play area. So will have to see if IM up for all the screaming from the other kids! lol. 

Hey all, i love minti so much that i cant even stay away when im sick!! Thanks for the get wells from those who left them,that was sweet...Myah for the first time for a few weeks slept right through the night last night, so i feel like a new woman!!! lol...Her teeth are still all coming through, she gets one then another is on its way, i guess thats what happens when they start teething as late as what she did. She is now eating lumpy foods without gagging as much as what she was which is a relief for me!! Im hoping she will sleep well again tonight, she is so grumpy in the mornings when she doesn't get that solid sleep ( like her mummy) . She had her first bowl of real porriage this morning and ate it with success, no gagging!! yay!! so we can eat the same breaky now...exciting....lol

hey all, just letting a few of you know i dont think i will be here for a few days. I have been struck down with a bad cold hopefully not the flu, need to give it  the rest of the evening to develop. Brendan is on nights so im sticking it out on my own. Myah hasnt been herself today and didnt sleep well last night, woke 4 times, hoping its her teeth and not what i have  come down with today. Hope you are all well, stay away from sick people!!

Ohhhh boy, what a day!!! Myah and i took her daddy to the library for story reading and singing for the first time today,not sure if this was a great idea.....I couldnt beleive that my little sweetheart  who is mostly sticks with mummy at the library turned into a tornado because daddy was there!!!!!!!!!!  She wouldnt sit and listen, went around socializing with everyone and was screaming (with joy) and getting into every place she wasnt allowed to go, watching daddy in the corner of her eyes with that cheeky little laugh she does.....She gave me a work out for sure!!  Brendan couldnt beleive the change in her behavoiur, was so not like her. We had to have a laugh at this while taking  a break walking around in target while having her strapped tightly in her stroller. She has found a new sound, the high pitch scream that she used at the library( great place to be screaming). All day,working her lungs out and giggling when getting a " SHHHHHHHHHHH, too loud Myah".

The afternoon turned out ok as she must have worn herself out with her new voice, she slept for over 2 hrs for her nap!!! Minti time for mummy while daddy played with his toys in his shed!!  Brendan pulled an old bookshelf out of the shed that turn out to be in excellent nick and cleaned it up for her books that she so adores for her play area. She loves the pillows and book area and has spent most of her evening in her little area while i did washing, arghhhhhh washing!!!

Anyways, i have had my whinge in my blog and feeling better for it now, hoping that all you minti ppl are having a great relaxing night.......

hey all!! I hope everyone had a great weekend. Brendan worked all weekend so i didnt do heaps. Spent all day saturday out in the middle of no where with Ben and Ty playing football. The only thing that was in this town Osbourne in NSW was a football field and a school!!! It was freezing....We lost by about 10 points so that was disappointing,but we got home and i warmed up by the would fire which made my day!! just putting up some new pics of little myah and will be putting some up of the family if i ever get us all together!! The kids being teenagers just seem to be always with friends and going out all the time.........so hard to be a mother to teenagers....anyways,its getting late and i need to do MORE washing....have a great week all and stay smiling!!!  cheers naomi!! xxxxx

Well as you have read in my last blogs, Myah has been teething. Its only getting worse for the poor little thing. We had a bad night and a bad day and looks like another bad night as she has been so unsettled all night. Give them panadol and you think they would be relieved of their pain,which is the case for Myah but not tonight or today. I pinned her down to see what was going on in there,mean?? YES but i got a look! hehehe...she now has her 2 top molars nearly cut through and her eye teeth at the same time!! por little thing, fingers in her mouth all the time and whinging most of the day. She still only has her 2 bottom teeth and then just the 2 bottom molars that cut through the other day!! I hope they all come through now to get it over and done with...Lets hope tomorrow is a better day for her...A starbucks coffee is in order for me and a babychino for little girl...hope everyone is well and safe out there!! cheers all!!! 

well another blog entry! I am starting to love this minti thing!! I have written some advice which i found very hard to do..i have been pondering on writting this bit of my life for a week now,was a hard thing to do but feel so much better for it,i just hope that it helps at least one person out there to deal,im sure others have or are going through similar to what i have....feel free to let me know your thoughts on this advice,if you like it or hate it....i hope there is more like than hate though!!! i asked a question not so long ago asking when is too old to breast feed,im writting this blog regarding that.To cut a long story short,my dr advised me that i should be thinking about giving up breast feeding my little girl who wasnt quite 15mths old.After getting home so upset with some of the comments being made that morning i came home and asked for some advice here on minti which was the number one right thing to do as the advice i recieved helped me keep going with the special moment i give to my daughter and i each day.I know i defantly have done the right thing as a funny and beautiful happened this morning when i woke after a bad morning with her due to teething.I woke to her helping herself to a drink by lifting my PJ's and suckling,this brought tears to my eyes as when i looked down at her asking what she was doing,she looked up at me and smiled while still on me and said "mmmm a mamma".....thanks to all those who gave me the advice to carry on with the feeding!!!

well im not sure if a blog or lounge is the same or not,so i thought i would tell in both!  A big week for my little girl and i,she has been cross cutting her teeth and i didnt know this could happen,even after having 3 children before. I cant beleive that such a thing can be so cruel,so much more pain for the poor little things,they suffer so much pain when teething.Nothing i have been doing has been making her feel better other than cuddles all day and everyday.I thought i would never see these molars come up until yesterday!! she was smiling so hard all i saw were these big white lumps of teeth.I was thinking yes its over !! till today,yet again,more teeth!! Does this ever end for her? She has her bottom teeth that were already meant to be here, arriving now....so more panadol and more cuddles tonight and probably another sleepless night for us both....arghhhhhh...well hopefully these will come through quickly and less painful than the molars...hope u are safe and well!
