That's great that everything is all good with bubs.  Now you can start breathing again because I heard that the Smurfs are mounting a law suit as they want to be the only creatures that are blue! lol.

As for the dates, the only one you should listen to is the one bubs gives.  The EDD given to us is usually +/- 4 days to begin with, so if you are 16 weeks, you could be 15w and 3d or 16w and 4 days.

The other thing that determines dates, is statistics at that time of gestation, but what do we know about statistics?  They are misleading and don't represent the population as a whole.  If you are small, then bubs is going to be small, but could be a week ahead than they say. 

Just enjoy your healthy bubs!  Only 24 weeks to go (or there abouts! ), so rest while you can!

Ahhh the relief of good news.....So good to be able to breathe again easily when you know that bubs heart beat is ok...

As for the dates, I don't think there is an exact sience to this...None of mine arrived on their due dates...(Thank goodness at least I have 6 days between birthdays now instead of 1 or none....Yep due a day apart...) Anyway the most important thing is that you look after you and bub and bub will decide when it's ready to have a peak at the world...

That's awesome news sweets. Am glad it is all good! I wouldn't worry too much about the due date I had a weeks difference with Blake but they wouldn't change it from my original date! Buggers because the date was a week earlier and goodness knows by the end of it I was ready for him to be out then! Ha ha

I was so pleased your news from the midwife was good and that you came away from her very happy, as for the bad news  July  2nd or July 9th baby could still arrive on any of those dates and then you will be a very happy mum and I hope  all goes well with your pregnancy. I, too am very happy for you.

Heeee,heee, not that it matters when your little bundle comes but that's my birthday!  LOL!!! So your babe will come (maybe of course,they do have minds of their own about the birth date!!!) a couple of weeks after my daughters!!!  (again,maybe!)  How exciting you must be on cloud nine!! Great news all the way round!
