Gosh the last time we saw him he showed us all his cups,.shields and medals and I thought he was going a long way. Mind you it was  getting up early mornings I guess

No he still has all the medals pinned proudly around his bedroom, he is into muscle training now, working weights and everything for hours a day, his ambition is to beef up and become Iceland's Strongest Man,
