yep I am sure all you parents can relate... I woke up this morning to find my daughter in her cot grinning and painting the walls and sheet of her matress a lovely shade of green and brown and something else she ate the night before.... the other hand still inside her nappy...

Ok I know Im a little slow on the mark but in doing my part for coeliacs awareness week I have written an article in the advice column about coeliac disease.... And am thinking about starting a minti coeliac support group where we can swap recipes and talk about our struggles...
Yes there is the coeliacs society but that cost money to join so like i Said m considering trying to start my own group....

the only problem is i am not online often enough to monitor it....
