Starting out!

Well, i must say i am enjoying "minti". I really look forward to my time in the morning to look up things and see how everyone is doing.
My 7month old is taking a nap and although everyone advised me against feeding him to sleep (breastfeeding) i still do it and it is working.
Theodore has even learnt how to put himself to sleep if he wakes at night !
I am enjoying being at home with him and dread having to go back to work in  a couple of months. Unfortunately, i have a mortgagea and my husband's wage doesn't quite cover it.
I have been busy planning the little one's christening , which is a big do if you are doing it the greek orthodox way!
Will post some pictures of it which will shock some as the priest actually dunks baby into basin of water!

If its working - do it
If feeding him to sleep is working I don't see a problem!  You need to do what is right for you and not what is right for everyone else!

I hope the christening goes well.  It's such a lot to organise especially near Christmas.  Nothing wrong with dunking the baby into the water - they are used to that when they are having a bath!!  LOL

Thanks, will let you know how it goes. The good thing about the christening "party" is that my parents are having it at their  place and it will coincide with  my dad's nameday. So, it means halving the cost and mum and dad are really good at organising these things, I think all i have to do is make fruit salad and punch.
