This weekend if everything goes to plan

Comment Published at 03:3003:304 comments4 comments16 Visits16 VisitsReport

Well It is my boyfriends bday on saturday. So looking for a family friendly restuarant and it had to be a nice restuarant. Unfortunately the one i like is all the way in the city. So hopefully we can get my brother to look after Damian while we go out to dinner as Damian will gave dad his present in the morning and then we will go out to dinner that night and give him my present. After dinner we will go see a movie.

We will drive to the train station then catch the train in. then walk to the restuarant. I am hoping that everything will work out.

Anyways I have to go to Indooroopilly to get his presents as i need to take the thing i was getting him off laybye due to the fact i dont have $600 this week to spare on it.

This weekend is extra special because we are giving our housemate notice (FINALLY) but it means we have to be thrifty over the next few months. but that is life. I can't handle him anylonger so we will survive.

I am hoping to get my bf the CD he wants and have to find something from Damian.

My bf isn't happy with his family atm and I don't blame him as for the last 6 years he was hoping that his family would celebrate his birthday at least once with him, but doesnt seem to matter how much notice we give them they always seem to be too busy or uninterested. Mind you we are expected to go to all of their birthdays, I am ready to tell them to go get stuffed next time.

I have only been with him for 3 of these birthdays and this is the 1st time we have done anything for it. This is due to financial restrictions.

So i am hoping to make this one a very special birthday for him. So I am really hoping nothing goes wrong this weekend.

He doesnt know the restuarant we are going to yet and he doesnt want to know just how to get their. OMG I have never organised another adult's Birthday party before so here is hoping everything goes to plan.

Have fun with your dinner!!!!  Glad the housemate is being kicked, you really don't need that sort of rubbish.

Gosh, it has been years since I was last at Indooroopilly.  My parents live near Mt Ommany, but when we've stayed with them, a trip to 'Indo' was always a must!

Unfortunately Indooroopilly is one of a few shopping centres I get lost in.
