That sounded like a sigh of relief (with regard to the jack jack).  I shall have to watch it some time to understand, but I remember when E was stuck on Chicken Run.  Whoa!  That was really something. 
Isnt playgroup/nursery etc a god send?  He obviously knows that even mums have a limit and need some space occasionally.
