Well, most of the holidays are nearly over and for us our two week break was well earned. For me, with someone with a lot of energy, I couldn't work out why I felt more exhausted than usual. If any of you mums/moms out there ever feel like this, I suggest to get your levels checked. I found out I had low iron levels and now thank goodness I am taking iron tablets now. Hopefully, I can get my usual energy back and get active. I couldn't work out why after doing laps in the pool, I would sleep so much more than usual, ie. crashing early like 8:30am, as well as nap times...
So if you feel less than your usual self and your mind is fine, then it may be your body that needs supplements if you are feeling a little depleted. Also take note, if you have been in hospital recently you may also need extra supplements. |
