OKay, I can share WOO HOO... I am three months pregnant and due 2nd of May 2007, yay!!! What a long three months it has been. The first month I basically rested on the couch, the second month yucky morning sickness starting at 12 noon and easing off around 8pm (of which was a first, I didnt really have morn sickness with Codi that much)...

I am now starting to feel good, I still take a good nap when Codi takes his and I get tired. Overall, feeling very good.

It's funny but seeing baby 2 bouncing around during my First Trimester Screening was like seeing it for the first time and it hit home...we are having another baby!!! I was totally reminded at that moment what a miracle having a baby is. Thank goodness the niggley cloud has been lifted, having miscarried back in Jan.

So Codi's going to have a new baby brother, Taj or sister, Mikayla (Clay is so happy he has the ultrasound print out on his monitors in his office - lol)

So I will be asking and reading a lot on Minti about baby 2 and all that comes with the new pregnancy journey, a newborn in the house and I am sure sibling rivalry!!!

(ps. I don't look as good - lol)

Fantastic news - I was only thinking of you yesterday as I shelved a few baby girls clothes away. We are so pleased for you all! Perfect age break - the universe has that all sorted - if my experience is anything to go by - Codi will be over the moon to have a new friend to play with. What great news! I must say that what often makes my day is seeing how my two get along so well and it's lovely. You will soon be even more of a family than before and I am am sure you will love every minute. And I found it isn't anywhere near as hard work as I imagined it might be. OK, it will be tough at times but worth every second. So enjoy your pregnancy and being able to tell Codi all about it. How exciting!

May 29.. thats 7 days after my husbands birthday!

I just love seeing them squirm around on the ultrasound, its amazing and expecially when you first feel them kick! I wish you guys the best of luck and again congratulations. And yay... Codi will be a big brother!! I can't wait to see some ultrasound pics. I hope the morning sickness goes away soon. I had it and man its not fun.

Congratulations on the pregnancy. Star sign wise your child will be Gemini, chinese starsign the wild boar (I think).

I know what a relief that passing the three month tests and ultrasound are after miscarrying before. Time to let yourself get excited. I was extra conservative. I didn't buy anything until I felt the baby moving at around 21 weeks.

Hope everything goes well for you with the pregnancy. Enjoy it.

Thanks darl, that is really reassuring...I was quite emotional and had a rush of relief via a little cry. It's nice to have someone know what you mean and what's its like to be extra conseravative you are whilst holding a normal face...

I think it was a very good experience for me to learn from that kind of disappointment and I realize even more, that there are very clear and important things in life and then there are little miracles

Yes, I felt like the first three months was rest and hibernation, but it's paid off with a strong heart beat and near perfect First Trimester test results...It's kind of getting exciting now with the 19 weeks scan to see if we are having a boy or girl (6 wks to go)

One day you will have to pop over and meet the little man that got all this going

Hope you get to find out. My baby wasn't shy but theultrasound operator said that it was hard to tell, most likely a girl but don't paint the nursery pink yet cause it could be a boy. I'm not a patient person, I really wanted to know but now we just have to wait.
