Blogging about chocolate

Comment Published at 06:2606:265 comments5 comments22 Visits22 VisitsReport

After reading info on Minti about Breastfeeding and foods to avoid. Sadly for me, I've had to cut out from having my favourite food, chocolate, even thinly covered chocolate cookies. Oh well, happier newborn with less wind, is better for mum in the long run.

I agree with you rachel...
if you've got a happier newborn with less wind..
then it's worth cutting back on certain foods :)

I hadn't drunk Coke for the last 7 months cuz i was breastfeeding !!
I didnt want the caffeine to make Alisha stay awake and trust me, it helped !
I felt so proud of myself ! haha
but yeah, Alisha isn't feeding as much now, so i've had a sip of Coke here and there..
but funny thing is, I don't even like Coke anymore ! LOL

good job on cutting back on your beloved chocolate !
hahaha
