Here's is a great experience by one of our new members at the recent Perth Meet up!!! Can't wait to actually attend!!!! I can't help but think of big things like free t-shirts etc etc I can never hold my brain down for long hmmmm

Also I did a search in Google and it seems that Adelaide has had TWO meetups!!!

Anyone can tell me of more meet ups I would love to know around the world.

Host your own meet up next month and if we can get one in America, UK, China, and more countries I will give Minti moolah away from my stash to those groups one in each country!!!! To prove it, show off your photos.

I will be giving Moolah away to the Perth group.

[update] it seems I crashed the gift section so tomorrow I will be gifting the following (tell me if i missed anyone from the photo of who was at Minti meetup)

Yeah a play gym sounds good anything enclosed my daughter likes to run away LOL. It was a great day and im glad people turned up :) Let us know if you think of anything Rachel and i can help organise.

We had a miniature one in Sydney when Me, Lui, and Mony (and Ron, he's here now but wasn't then)went to Mony's New Year's Eve party together. We didn't know of any other members within reach at the time really, though I've since found one that was only 10 minutes away from where I was staying! ARGH!!! If only I'd known sooner! Oh well. Another time maybe.

Having a minti meet up in this town would be damn hard to do. I need something to promote it with locally. Any ideas?

great idea. i was thinking of trying to make it a regular thing here in perth. like every 2-3 months.

hey Rachel i have to tell ya. i love minti. due to minti i have found a perth mum (ph419always) who has become my best friend. we meet up almost every week and have a ball. i couldnt of done that with out you as i am very shy. and the perth meet was the 2nd too. there was one last year in freo when harrisonsmom came over before moving here. also i have meet up with a few other girls (kathern-solaris, anon and samantha) a year ago (to the date LOL) its such a great way to meet up with great parents. Alex has even made a best friend with Karthern-solaris's son Logan. its great.

hope to see you guys at the next one. Kel and I were thinking one of those play gym places as they are all over Perth and realitively cheap.

Give us all time and money and we could arrange a big national minti convention! Okay, that's probably going to take a bit more to arrange than is viable atm. LOL

As for tracking it, that's exactly why Cindy and I started up the Virtual to Reality group... I've been so slack, I've got several entries to put in there. Job for tomorrow I think. I've burned my brain out already tonight.

speaking about SHY!!! I was mortified to go to the latest meet up, am so used to talking to everyone behind the screen lol and couldn't make it anyway, but I was still very shy thinking about it !!!

i get so shy i start to vomit LOL. was lucky i chat to Kel on msn and know becca (kathern solaris) and Lynette (august88) thats the only reason why i was ok. Oh and my magic meds i take called xanax. LOL am not good with outside and new ppl. so ya wont be alone. :)

the play gyms are wonderful as they have sections for ages. they have a bubba area and toddler area and bigger kids area and is all padded and veiwed by us while we sit and have coffee and chat. and they are under $10 a child. $2 for us at most.

yes we are a regular at a popular perth play centre. I think its under $10 too and parents are FREE :0)

I wonder if we could get a sponsor to cover for the kids fee
