well im still going good on my diet.. am still having a few slips ups but all in all i think im doing really well.. i tried sushi for the first time yesterday and it wasnt to bad.. i dont know what i was worried about all these years.. i have been dacing to the wiggles with my daughter mya and walking to the park.. doing lots of situps and drinking protien drinks and am noticing that my appitite isnt as big as it used to be.. im not eating as much and getting full.. and have lots about 4 cms of my waist since new year.. every week i check and it motovates me for the next week im starting to feel great about myself again.. |
