wow been  a long time since i been on  hrere as iam  114 days smoke free been  hard but iam doing it

its day 11 with no smoking been great now still had but i went out and treated myself with  some of the money i saved 91 bucks so far  woohoooooo

wow i made it a week  must be cause the weather is to cold  no  kidding been a hard week  i can say that but  iam doing it  and iam proud of myself  but still have the crave  kids are happy so i have to think of them 

woohooo made it trew to 5 days and yeaterday was a hard one.went to the funeral and jay was a paulbear and wow i had no ride with anyone at the time of the burial i mean i didnt no  who i was going with so as we go outside a family member says get in so i do well crap they alllll kight up.well crap i thought...i want it soooo bad after the day we had.i was going to say hey  um iam trying to quit can u put it out.i mean crap i was amoker only 6 days ago so i went in my purse and got a mint and opened  the window a little and you no what i made it i was so happy also to get away from it..this is so tuff and thats why iam hear  writing using my  hands so thanks all that have sent me comment really helps me  thanks

wow been actually 4 days no smoke almost did yesteray when the phone rang and was told  grandma had passed but stayed strong  been rough off to  the wake soon then funeral tomorrow  see if i still have will power.

been hours dince i started to quit smoking and iam having hard time.iam on the patch which they started me on step 1 and wow i tell ya it was to strong so they told me to rip it off and  start with the step 2 lower dose.i no i want to do this  and its only been few hours hope tomorrow will ne  a bit better   i guess i will be boring you  eith these blogs as i may need to just write how iam doing

way I was diagnosed was I couldn't see out of my right eye. I was sent for an MRI and here we have it, MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS. Since being diagnosed, things have gone down hill for me. It seems as if I have every symptom there is now. There are some days that I just want to die and have this all over with. I know that I shouldn't think like this but alot of times it's hard. Some days I can barely walk and the pain is terrible. I wonder alot of times what the next day holds for me?? Is it going to be worse than the present one??? When I was first diagnosed, I became really down from this and asked WHY ME?? I now know that everything happens for a reason but can anyone tell me what the reason is????
