| Reuben and Nanna |
My Name is Sarah. I am a 21 year old stay-at-home mum. I am working on ,and always looking for, projects to take on so I will be a work-at-home mum.
My sons' father, Brenten (21), and I have been engaged for nearly two years. Our original wedding date was scrapped because we found out I was going to have a very swollen tummy on that date! We haven't got round to setting a new one but its definatly on our to-do list. He is a very helpful dad. I f I need help with anything all I have to do is ask him a few times. He is very creative and he always has lots of ideas running through his head so sometime it takes him a while to remember what he was planning on doing. lol. He is very willing to lend a hand tho so Im really blessed.
Our son Reuben is 10 months old. He is a very big boy for his age and he has always been a bit ahead developmentaly too so people often guess his age higher than it is. We are both very tall and he looks set to be taller than both of us. He is a typical boy getting into everything and eager to explore anything he came get his hands on. Stuff that fits in his mouth is a big hit too.
I love being a mum. When Reuben was born I was very well read on amazing amounts of literature to do with pregnancy birth and the first three or four months. I have never felt more confident of my ability to do an excellent job with anything before. Everything went as expected. I fell in love with my helpless little bundle, breastfeeding was really really tough, he wet lots of nappies, did sticky black poos for a few days, etc etc.
After about four months all my book learning ran out ...
