Yay!!! I did it!!!

YES!!! Finally it's all over!!!

Ethan Jarvis was born on the 25th of October at 12:38 am weighing 7lbs 15 ozs and 51 cms long.  Everything went incredibly well, and my eldest sister took me into hospital on the 24th of October around five o'clock after my waters breaking at home just after I got the boys home from school!!! My sister stayed with me during the whole labour and even cut Ethan's cord - it was cool.  I really thought I wouldn't have wanted anyone with me and it wouldn't have made any difference, but I have to admit that her presence made all the difference.  I have really enjoyed having my first full day home with my five boys today. They had a student free day today and yesterday was the Hobart Show so it was a public holiday - he picked a great day to be born!!! Tomorrow the boys will go with their father whilst I will have Ethan so that will be lovely too.  My friend Libby (libbylincoln) on here has posted a photo of Ethan on her blog, so I won't post the same one on my homepage.  I will upload my photos that I took with my camera soon and put on my favourite one.  Thanks to everyone who has already sent me well wishes.

Three weeks to go...!!!

Hello everyone!!!
Sorry for the lack of  blogging, but I am in a major nesting phase (ha ha ha) and I am definitely making the most of it!!! I have got all my boys (including bub on the way) their own toy box, so they all have their own stuff together which is great.  Before they were spread out over two toy boxes and a bigger plastic container which was overloaded with no lid on it which made the room look incredibly untidy.  In Matthew's and Aaron's room, there used to be a ball tent in there, but I had to remove it as there was no room with other stuff that I had to move out of the dining and lounge room which will not be safe for baby to get hold of.  Also, with the kittens soon becoming actively mobile, I don't want too much lying around.  They have grown up so fast!!! They are three weeks tomorrow, but to me look twice that age by their size.

I won't be on here as much from now on as I have lots of appointments and things to sort out before my baby is born.  I am getting my hair done again (finally!!!) on Saturday as I probably won't get it done again until next year!!! The last time I had it done was February before the boys went back to school!!! I am also paying to get our lawns mowed and need to desex Skitty so she has no more kittens.  The kittens are lovely, but I just don't have time or the heart to have to give away any more kittens - I get so attached to them!!! All the ones now have names already.  When I take a close up photo of the three of them together, I will put them on my home page.

Time for me to get more washing away and clean up before tomorrow - Aaron's sixth birthday!!! Where did that time go??? He's a lucky boy as he just found out today that he's going for a school excursion tomorrow too!!!

If I don't blog again soon, the next blog will be to announce the birth of my baby!!! Thanks to everyone for their support on here, I love coming on here but as this is the first time I am going into labour alone, I really need to make sure everything is ready!!! I am not concerned as Nathan is a great help and has already said that he can do things while I am away and Mum is going to mind the boys for me when I go.
