I have two young children - a boy, Ashley and girl, Jesse.  My husband is Paul and we both work from home.  It's a nice lifestyle and great for the kids - most of the time!

My motto - always set yourself a goal, something realistic, however small and insignificant but enough to make you feel good once it is achieved.  You deserve to have something to pat yourself on the back for.  Self acceptance, self praise is the first step to feeling good about life.
