I cant believe how quick this year has gone by and how much I've learnt. Charlotte is a dream child... totally textbook which has been great, just curious how the next one would be... this might just be the eye of the storm hahah... Well our house kit has arrived and weve started the floor... bit by bit we will get there..eventually... owner builder is tough when you dont have much time to actually BUILD lol.. Anyways just a little update... Any babies popped yet.. Dannii!?!?! Arna!?!? Steff xx

LOL My oldest is 17 this year!!! It doesn't end let me tell ya! Once a mum, always a mum!!LOL Great that bubs is an easy one for you, makes it so much more fun!

Hahaha i love your title! I dont think we will ever build a house (and my man is a carpenter!!) for that reason. It would take us 20 years to finish it. LOL .

LOL. I wish someone would tell my 17 year old there is only one year to go. LOL No I think I will be stuck with them for a while yet. Rents are on the up in this city. Wow, that would be tough owner builder but sounds good that the floor has started. If it is a kit home I thought they came already built just in half? Babies are on the move yes, wont be long and they will all be here! Lynette xx

Hello there... We looked at the kits that come ready built but for the price of them you might as well get the builders in.. My husbands father built their house as did the grandad.. and there both still standing ...so in keeping with tradition lol....
