I just finished watching a documentary entitled "Sweet Remedies" by Cori Brackett and it makes me ill to think of all the illnesses Aspartame and MSG cause. The problem is a lot of food actually contains these and MSG is also disguised in other forms like yeast extract, yeast nutrient and gluten. It's frightening because they cause multiple sclerosis, fits, ADHD and so on. The list is long.......... Gee, I will have to scrutinise the food I buy much better from now on. |
