Over 80% of Tooth Decay occurs inside grooves on chewing surfaces

by supertoothComment Published at 23:2023:200 comments0 comments35 Visits35 VisitsReport

Amost all tooth decay occurs where chewing forces food to be left trapped and the brush cannot reach between teeth and inside grooves on chewing surfaces aftetr eating.

Very little food is possible to be trapped inside grooves, yet over 80% of Tooth Decay occurs inside grooves. Chewing nuts before eating helps prevent food being trapped and chasnged to acid while eating. Chewing nuts after eating helps displace trapped food.  Nuts cannot be changed to acid.
