Looks nice and peaceful there.  Coff's Harbour is a very beautiful place, or so I have seen in photos and been told.

Hope we get to see more of you on minti.

Re: Back in business with Minti

ah hubby and i went to coffs harbour in the 80s i loved the place this is well before the resorts went up.

years later there was a news item about coffs harbour whilst it is still lovely i could have cried  when i saw the developments it reminded me of another surfers  paradise

i guess "beautiful places" cant be "kept a secret" so it wasnt long til developers got their hands on it . thats not to say that it isnt still beautiful

i will always have a soft spot for coffs harbour.

cheers annie

Well, it's nice to meet you!  I have never met your son but your daughter-in-law Rachel is a lovely girl and one of my favorite people in the whole world!

Re: Back in business with Minti

We enjoyed the view from the lookout near the banana plantations and the biggest ever lizard came out of the bushes.  He was at least over a metre long.  The females headed for the car and left the men to take photos.  Had an enjoyable Indian meal in your main street towards the Jetty end and after a morning swim had a coffee at the Harbour Cafe .  It was a quick  visit and we were all golfed out by the time we left.  I know we will be back.

Janice:  We played your Coffs Harbour Golf course as visitors in the Easter Friday, Saturday & Sunday competition enjoyed a swim and a look around the harbour.  Your Bonville course is sheer beauty, every hole is so special.  I know we will be back.

 Gay.

Glad you enjoyed your time in Coff's,  it's not a bad part of the world....i live 27k's from Coff's at Woolgoolga..My hubby plays golf at least 3 to 4 times a week and so loves Boneville but we have to reserve playing there for special occasion's because of the price...it is a beautiful course and as you said every hole is special and indivual. Did you like the distance between the 9th & the 10th hole, wouldn't want to walk it....it is about 2k's.

Kindest Regards Janice
