Magnetic Diet Weight Loss Program

Comment Published at 10:3610:360 comments0 comments201 Visits201 VisitsReport

I've been wanting to write about my experience with the "Magnetic Diet Weight Loss Program" for quite some time.  As the mother of 3 children I have had my share of issues with my weight.  First there was the weight I gained from my pregnancies and then there was the weight I gained after my pregnancies. I've tried many different methods to lose weight: Atkins, Body for Life, and The South Beach diet to name a few.  They all worked for me in that I was able to lose weight, the problem has always been in keeping the weight off.  I stumbled upon the magnetic diet while doing a web search for some magnetic insoles for my husband's feet.  His chiropractor told him that the magnetic insoles might help with a number of different issues related to his back and his health. I clicked on the link for the Magnetic Diet mostly out of curiosity.  By the time I read through the material on the website I was ready to try it.  What really got me interested was that the program included meditation and visualization which I have been interested in ever since I read "The Secret".  The fact that this program came with a guided visualization was an added plus.

I paid $39 and bought the program.  After completing the purchase online I was redirected to another web page where I was able to download the book, the audio programs, and a lot of other files including 4 other ebooks that were included.  All the files were in .pdf format and I was able to read them right on my computer.  I printed out the book one chapter at a time so I could read it without having to use my computer.  All in all I found the book to be well written.  It covered everything from nutrition to goal setting to exercise.  He went into the details of carbohydrates versus calories as well as all of the phytochemicals, vitamins, minerals and other nutrients found in the food that was on the list of items to eat.  What really made it easy for me was that he had meal plans ready for different calorie levels.  Based on my goalsI calculated my calorie intake to be 1500 calories per day, this was easy to do using the daily calorie requirements calculator software that was included with the program.  The software calculated exactly how many calories per day I should be taking in based on my weight and how much weight I wanted to lose.  The 7 day plan had meals in all different calorie ranges everything was laid out and it was very easy to follow.  In addition to the meal plan which I found very easy to follow he also detailed instructions on what to do to control my appetite, I found that to be very powerful for me.  Not only did it help me to control my appetite but it also gave me a very calm feeling throughout the day.  Usually when I'm  on a diet I'm at least a little bit irratable and if the kids stress me out I have to admit that I'll reach for food.  The craving control method in the program helped to both get control of my appetite and keep me calm in just about every situation.  Those instructions alone are worth the price of the program in my opinion.  This was without a doubt the easiest diet to follow of anything that I had every tried.  I truly did not feel like I was on a diet as a matter of fact I still follow the same basic meal plan which I have modified just a little and I am continuing to lose weight.  So far I have lost a total of 35 pounds over the last 9 months.  Yeah!
