Well hopefully my friend is gone

Well I got a hold  pest control to  come over and hopefully they got rid of the mouse. The guy said he couldn't  tell where they  or it  are coming in from. Plus since it is getting cooler out they are looking for warmer places to live.  Where I saw the mouse come from is in the middle of my apartment. SO I guess we will see. I still left my mouse traps out just in case.  I think I have to get the floor replaced in the area where my hotwater tank and furnace is. It's also starting to rot.  Great another unforseen bill. So hopefully I can get on that soon.  Bye for now

I will cross my fingers!!
I agree the are yucky! I have never saw those sticky kinds here! Do they actually kill the mouse or what?  I hate checking those mouse traps in the morning!! Well hopefully it is gone.

mouse trap

The sticky kind doesn't kill mice. The mouse runs across it and gets stuck. When the mouse in our house got stuck, I could here it squeeking. We really wanted to be humane and not kill it. But when my husband set it free outside, the sticky stuff prevented it from getting too far. It got stuck on the deck. But after a while I think it finally escaped.

cross your fingers!

I hope your house guest is gone too.

I had a couple of mice in my house last year. It was quite amazing how we found out too. I had left food on the kitchen counter over night and the next morning I saw the food scattered out of the plate. I thought my husband must have knocked the plate, but he said no, he didn't. Then that evening I saw something dark run along the corner of the room. We bought mouse traps (the sticky glue kind) and caught one. We left the other traps and caught another one a month or so later. They're yucky!
