Oscar started saying dad yesterday - on his brothers birthday for everyone to hear! YAY! It was so cute, now he won't stop - lol! He also did a poo & wee in the toilet! I know it sounds silly as he's only six months old but it's true! As some of you know he's been having trouble with his bowels, well he's been wanting to poo at tea time every night & I have to take him out & take his nappy off & listen to him cry while he goes. I said to James last week I was going to start puting him on the toilet when he wants to go & James thought I was mad! hehe! Mum says from 6 months she had to hold me over the toilet as I hated doing poo in my nappy, so I thought maybe Oscar is the same. So, last night when we sat down & started to eat he started to try, off came the nappy & out to the loo we went. I sat him on Jack's seat & he laughed & played with his feet. After a few minutes he started to go - yay - he didn't cry or seem uncomfortable at all, he seemed to like it. Mum reckons he's just like me, so it will be off to the toilet at tea time every night now! Starting early! lol!
