Well this is the day my dad passed in 2007 he was the first of the three muskateers

The Three Muskateers:  two men worked together grew up together joined the Railways together Then the third man joined the throng The three men got married to three beautiful women each were best men and bridesmaids to each others.

These three couples had two chidren each all around the same age hence new Uncles and Aunts were founded they all grew up together even when the men got transfered to other parts of W.A. with the railways the school  holidays were such fun out in the country air visiting the Uncles and Aunts going swimming in lakes and playing in the surrounding bushland with nature. A bond was born!

These three men retired from the Railways one lived in Perth One in Rockingham And the other in Bunbury they still kept intouch they all started to grow Orchids very succesful at that. One couple (my parents) looked after the race club for 20years as well as the Orchids and the bond was still there. Over the years there was party's weddings and grand children.

Sadly in Oct 2007 my father passed the first, in August 2009 one uncle passed  and 16th Oct 2009 fri gone the third passed  The Three Angel Muskateers are still watch the trains go by and the families still bonding together in the time of need

Now we have The Three Muskets left and the children and grandchildren  are all  still saying close even tho they are all over the state aswell

night Dad, Uncle Len and Uncle Fred

Well the day started with quick mums coming clean the house up

Last Saturday SIL decided to come to mandurah for lunch for Mums birthday fine but we need to book, might go to the Ravo oh! no Octoberfest on there go down into town oh! no boat show on there, now what ? thinking thinking I know the clansman is open on Sundays in South Yunderup we'll go there

Rang up yesterday for lunch for six people one  extra cause we need more room to swing out but mum had a better idea I'll ask my sister to come (my auntie 85yrs) that's allright , so of we got to the clansman they had a carvary $24 a head all you can eat it turned out to be absolutly fabulous the meal was excellent and the service just as good boy can the old's eat.

After lunch we decided to go to the antique fair boy did they have some nice stuff  sil bought two rings one of amber and silver and the other black onyx with marguzit suround. They had things there that I have in my cupboards but the price they wanted well i'm not going to sell mine just yet they wanted 375 for a piece that i have wow

I thought no not buying anymore got enough all in all a good day was had by all

HAPPY BIRTHDAY MUM you made it

P.S. If you are thing of a great day out and live in Perth go to the Clansman in South Yunderup

Kakoda tragedy upsetting but relieved

Comment Published at 05:1405:1415 comments15 comments35 Visits35 VisitsReport

Well yesterday we heard that a plane had gone down in Port Morsbey. The heart stop beating, the throat got very dry. My stepson was over there walking the trail (oh s^%$) no contact with him at all. The stepdaughter Rang us and said that it can't be him the flight number is different , my answer came back to her get hold of the australia consulate over there and find out (I think working in the Gov has it's  rewards sometimes) Roughly about 5pm yesterday I get a text all o.k. I am diving in Port Morsbey already walk the trail, well the tears started to flow big time in relief that he was alive. Today we keep hearing about the plane going down and all the people not coming home and hubby and I just look at each other and start to cry in relief that our family is in tact and the sorrow for the lose of life. This was one a bit too close for us when the stepson comes home he is going to get a big slap and hug (don't do that again)

I do hope that there was none of the Minti family involved  if there was my deepest sympathy.

I just had to get this of my chest and this is where I can

hugs to all
