Hi, I am 22 years old, I live with my boyfriend Stephen and together we have a beautiful daughter. She's called Annisha and she is now a year old, she had her b'day party, it was so funny. But I do get embarassed when I have to open presents up infront of people!!!it is amazing how fast it has all gone!!!
We went on holiday and she was brilliant on the plane, I don't know what we were so worried about, she loved it. And I found out that she has a soft spot for fellas so have to cut that out before she gets older lol
I am a full time mum, as my profession has always been in childcare it seems a bit silly concentrating on 6 other children alday and then only seeing my own just in time for her going to bed. My other half works in a special needs hospital, his job can be very challenging but also rewarding at the same time.
I haven't been on this site for so long,I found out that I was pregnant and didn't realy want to tell anyone before the 12 weeks point, however Stephen let it slip at work so now I feel so excited I want to tell everyone. I am only 8weeks and hope this goes fast! |

I went to antinatel yest afternoon, and couldn't wait to get the scan done, but the doctor announced that there was only one heartbeat. He says it was either a shadow of the other one as I was only 6wks then, or it could of been absorbed back into my womb.
We are being very positive, we seen one baby wiggling and moving and the heart beating strong and well, and who knows maybe when Annisha and this 1 are a bit older and we're a bit more financely secured we may have twins then. It just might not be the right time for twins.
I have been feeling rotten recently and they found a infection, so they have me on these tablets which taste abs horrible, but hopefully they will work and won't have to take them again!
We have decided that as we would of been buying a brand new double buggy Stephens 'letting' me buy a lovely gorgous one, I didn't realy enjoy pushing Annisha's.
I have my first hospital appointment next weds, staying positive |

We have received the hospital appointment which is very soon (thank god) but now we've told all the family and 1 close friend. But its like the hardest thing to keep quiet about. I can keep other peoples secret so seriuosly but when its about me, I can't hold my own water (please don't mind the expression). But this past week 3 people have said to me, ohh are you sure its not twins, and I've the worst reaction ever! I'm sure they can just tell by my face!
Have had a busy 2 weeks, but my sleep pattern is way off, I'm not sleeping until way after 4am, which means I always have to have a lazy morning on the sofa, which I feel that Annisha isn't getting enough attention. Theres never any complaining off her, but I feel very guilty.
Stephen has moved on to days now, which is a bit hard to get used to.
I almost forgot, Annisha got picked to be in a calendar, and we collect it tomorrow, Soo proud.
So that will be framed to. Our livingroom is already like an Annisha shrine, and shes just turned one!lol
This next week is proving to be the longest ever, waiting for antinatle and hospital, just very anxious abou what we will see, Have to think positive and stay sane!
I will be checking in again soon, I've fallen out with the computer recently, just to tired for it, but i'll soon go back to my old ways! |

First time out to a mum and tots group, it was so good just to sit back and watch her play.
I just went in took her coat off and walked across the room and she didn't even see were I was sitting and she just took her time and then got up and started exploring. All I was thinking is she doesn't even miss me, but I pulled myself together and took advantage!
It was great just watching her observe the other children, and it just showed me how laid back she actually is (everyone has told me that from the start). One child walked infront of her and blocked were she was heading to but she didn't care she just continued and walked over him without making a fuss! The best part was her enjoying other toys that we don't have in house.
Having adult conversation realy cheered me up,(in person it has been a while) swapping experiences just having a laugh, realy relaxed me. So I have a date every wed morns, can't wait til next.
I think the sickness is over now too (hopefully)only got a bit sicky when I started getting hungery, must remember the ginger nuts next time lol |
