Yay

ziggys started signing for milk and food woohoo

we've been using baby signs with ziggy since he was about two weeks old ,just the sign for milk ,nodding when we say yes and shaking when we say no

well today he showed us that he really does understand for the last week or so he's settled a little if i do the milk sign and i thought he was doing slight nods(was'nt sure if it was just bobble heading) anyway tonight he started to grizzle a little and i did the sign for milk and he stopped straight away i thought it might be a fluke so i shoke my haed and said no milk and signed and he started to grizzle again then i did the milk sign again he stopped grizzling and gave one nod looking straight at me the whole time

i went to get his bottle ready and my husband did the milk sign to him one more time and he was perfectly happy until i brought it out

im pretty impressed with this given ziggy is only 15 weeks and if it means he can comunicate to some extent with us thats great

once he has some more arm control i'll teach him some more signs
