When I was breastfeeding my son, I always forgot to take my postnatal vitamins. Worse, I forgot to give him HIS vitamins. I couldn't remember to save my life. My husband asked me what it would take for me to remember, and I said, "I don't know, unless Aiden tells
me himself!" And that is exactly what he did. Every time I filled up the diaper supply next to the change table, I would take a permanent marker and write on his diapers
