Music, Gadgets and Goodies

I'm a bit of a gadget-girl...or at least I'd like to be if my husband and kids would get their hands off my laptop, digital camera, ipod etc.

Anyway, I've just found the must-have gadget for new parents - the iCrib - attach your ipod to the cot/crib and lull baby to sleep with whatever music you want, nightlight and timer etc all built in. Fantastic. (also, make sure you click the free mozart downloads link for some classical goodies for you little one).

My two boys love their music. Daddy takes them out in the bike trailer and has hooked up a speaker system in it fro his iPod so they get a good selection of stuff when they're out on their travels. It's really odd to hear my two-year old ask "is that Beethoven...?" when some classical stuff comes on. (He should ask Dad, I have no idea!).

I'm doing my best not to buy every high-tech gadget on the market for my kiddies, but you must admit it's tempting...
