Contacting the Minti Admin team . . .

Question:

How do i contact Minti Admin??

I have some issues with this site and want to find out if anything can or will be done. If not how can i delete my account without getting myself reported?

My Advice:

Hi there,

Firstly let me start by saying that I sincerely hope that you are okay . . .

There are a few ways that you can contact our lovely ADMIN team . . . .

Firstly if you scroll down to the bottom of the page you will see this:

As you can see if above there is a "contact us" which I have bolded for you, if you click on this you can send a message through to the admin team . . This is the easiest way to accomplish this . . Although is option is available it is not the fastest way to get any assistance as many of the ADMIN team have their own families.

If you prefer a more personal or a quicker response from the admin team then best option to do this is to contact them personally. I have listed the admin team for you below along with their links to their home pages, The fastest member to contact is Izzy but I have listed them all as it is up to you as to whom you wish to contact. . . From their homepage all you need to do is to click on the "send an email" tab on the top left of your screen just under their avatar . . .

Izzy - CLICK HERE (Administrator)

I really hope that you are able to come to some form of understanding with the ADMIN team that helps you to be able to resolve whatever it is that is or has upset you. . If you find that you are unable to settle things then the easiest way to remove yourself from the Minti site is to once again contact admin and ask them to delete your account BUT this is a very drastic step and I and others in the community hope that you don't feel the need to do this . .

I have edited this slightly as one of the people mentioned is no longer a director.

Unlike most Parenting sites Minti is NOT run by a group of admin people, we (co-founders) and our one part-time support person (the amazing Izzy) only step in on issues or members that are very very controversial.

Most of the typical concerns between members are sorted out by use of the "Report" button and then voting by the higher ranked members in the community. It takes a considerable number of votes to decide on a reported issue (generally speaking) and so it is very much a decision made by the community, for the community.

Do not expect a swift reply if you are using the "Contact us" link mentioned in this post as we are all trying to run our family lives and the business as best we can and we are a very very small team for such an active site.

We have recently had a few people asking for deletion of thier account to stop receiving email messages, deletion of your account is a very serious decision, it is relatively easy to switch off email notifications by clicking on "Mail" in your member menu and then "Settings" at the top right of the page that opens.

Thanks for clearing up a few things . . . I wrote this quickly as I was aware of a few newer members that wanted to contact ADMIN personally as they had some private concerns. . . I didn't know their concerns as it was none of my buisiness but I did want them to be able to know how to contact the GREAT team on minti . .

Perhaps it may be a good idea then to remove the admin shield from Joeyjo's account as this is what many members use to locate a member of the admin team . .
