Great handouts on concentration, play & learning, making toys with babies and toddlers available to download for free

MumKim by MumKim Young Parent(August 2006) (rank 16th)

Back in 2003 the West Australian Health Department produced 22 great handouts  (Play and Learn) with practical tips and ideas on a range of topics such as
sandplay,
water play,
games for toddlers,
toys to make with/for babies and toddlers
developing concentration
reading books

It is a shame that they have hidden them so well on their website but the address is http://www.population.health.wa.gov.au/Child/resources_child.cfm then go down to the fourth box on the screen to the see which of the 22 topics interest you.

If you go to the second box on the screen you can access more health related handouts including one with ideas for feeding fussy toddlers.

So I am in the UK
But these look great even for me....I mean, at the end of the day we are all the same - just in different countries, no reason why we cannot combine ideas.  Have bookmarked the page for further study another time.
Peace

Great
This is awesome! it is  a shame they have hidden it! I wonder if any of the other state governments have done something similar in their health departments?
