How much formula to feed baby |

This is a guide only. I found this very useful as a first time mum. My midwife told me the following formula.
Birth Weight x amount of boiled water in bottle divided by number of feeds
Example
6250grams x 210mls divided by 5 (number of feeds)
= 262 this is an approx amount
As my son was premature this was a rough guide for us as we were told not to go by what the back of the can of formula states.
All babies will be different and for us this worked well.
