Re: Sore belly button

Question:

Its probably an infection. My belly button is very hot. Other than drugs how can I clear the infection?

My Advice:

Hi,

I hope it is better by now

but if anyone else has a similar problem or if it occurs to you again here is what I would do.

I would rinse it with salt water as other suggested and then I would put garlic oil (garlic in olive oil) and honey on the belly button.  I'd add a bandage that I trusted to stay there and change it several times a day.

How to make garlic oil

1. Get a bottle of Extra Virgin Olive Oil ( this is the best but if you only have another kind of olive oil make a small amount with that.)

2. Cut up a whole bulb of garlic.  I just crushed them with the side of a knife to remove the peelings and trew them into a blender then added the garlic oil and a pinch of salt.  Blend and then place into the olive oil bottle or any glass bottle with a lid. Wine bottles work great.

I use this when anyone is sick.  I start taking about 1 Tablespoon 3x a day to prevent catching anything.  It works real well for me and my family.  It also helps with any rashes and cuts.  Garlic is a natural antibiotic.

Hope this is helpful.
