My Advice:

Congratulations!

I am not an expert, I am only pregnant with my first baby, for 19 weeks now... But this much I know: I started feeling funny back aches even before I found out I was pregnant... I just thought it was a result of my hard studying (im still at faculty). As it turned out, I am pregnant and I consulted a few doctors as well as a few women who already have children. They all agree on this - it is just a result of you being pregnant, nothing to worry about. As I understand, it is in some way a preparation of what is yet to come :) funny, isn't it? I thought that I should feel back aches only later in the pregnancy, because of the weight I carry in the front part of my body... you know, something like body balance. Well, what a pitty, these back aches start so soon, that you don't get to enjoy all that much :) and the swelling in the feet is dull too, but hey, I think it's worth it, and it's only my first one :)

I hope you have a nice and easy pregnancy (as much as possible, anyway). And as many children as possible, they are a true blessing

Re: Back ache

hello there. Please consider using the "know a little" when answering Q&A if you are just commenting and use the "know a lot" if you are writing an article.   You received a poor rating because others see this as more of a comment. Articles are usually more universal and address a wider audience. They usually also contain more informaiton. If you need tips and hints for writing a great article, please read Minti's Editorial Guidelines. Let me know if you have any questions!
