Life is short and precious

MandyW by MandyW Walking(April 2009) (rank 411th)

my daughter, Xena Jordan got sick again, she was taken to Red Cross, had high fever, she had a fit, eyes rolled and i saw her dying in front of my eyes! she was completely blue. they sent me out and managed to revive her. she also had a lumbar

punch, but she doesnt have menigitis. the only sign something happened to her, is the plaster, also the place where the drip went in & its still blue around her eyes. the other 1 is experiencing pain as well. she shows us where it hurts, but the other 1 is sitting quietly, watching tv. they dont know what caused the fever. this made me realise that anything can happen, any time and that you need to appreciate and tell your loved ones how you feel about them, while they are still alive. i cant stop kissing my children since this incident, even though i make a point of doing it anyway, but you just look at life differently if something like this happens
