Caffeine’s Effects on Fertility
Some studies have found a link between high levels of caffeine consumption by women and delayed conception. Those who consumed more than 300 mg of caffeine per day were twice as likely to have conception delayed for a year or more.

never knew
Hmm, i never knew that. I used to drink pop all of the time. I am not a coffee lover at all, so my only really intake of caffine was chocolate or pop. But that's been cut down much more. I can't have chocolate no more:( and i only have diet pop now because no sugar and what not, but i only drink a glass a day(8oz).
Good advice

Caffeine

I cut out caffeine (pretty much) when I decided to try and get pregnant. I am a tea but not coffee drinker anyway, so it wasn't too hard to find a nice decaf tea. It took a time to try various brands and find a good one, but my other half has now switched, too, and I hate drinking caffeinated tea now as it makes me feel so thirsty. I use Typhoo as it is stronger than some of the other weak ones. I notice you only specified women, because I actually think that caffeine was responsible for me eventually falling with my first - it is believed that the man taking caffeined in sensible limits gives the sperm a bit of a boost.

If you can, why not find and refer to some of the stuides you mentioned? You can either put an except, referenced, in the body of your article, or add external links to the bottom. It all helps to make it more interesting for readers!
