Caffeines Effects On Sperm Count

Caffeine's effect on your sperm count depends on the health of your reproductive system.

If you have a low sperm count, caffeine may increase your fertility.

If your sperm count is normal, however, caffeine might decrease your chances of impregnating your partner.

I will not usually click on a link to some other site as I like minti so a little more info hear in advice would have been great up to how much will it decrease? I myself love coffee and like it strong I too will get withdrawal headaches if I don't get my "hit" it is bad I know but yummm coffee otherwise good post.

Maybe you could extend on that a little more... how doe it effect the sperm count, and what makes it increase or lower the sperm count? A bit more information could improve your ratings, and other peoples knowledge.

hmm thats different.. my husband drinks ALOT of pop, I MEAN alot.. if he dont drink any, he gets a headach.. sad i know lol.. thats interesting though. but i dont think it slowed his count down though and i dont think it sped it up either.. hehe
